Face to Face Classes

  • Prebooking and prepayment is essential

  • Each class is 60 minutes long

  • Courses are usually between 5 and 8 weeks

  • Courses work out at £9 per class

  • For example a 6 week block would be £54

  • If you subscribe to our Video on Demand service too then these classes are £7 rather than £9

The industry standard is now that clients bring their own equipment to classes. We are happy to sell the equipment needed and bring along to your first class or you can supply your own. The basic equipment needed is a mat, a pair of prickle balls and a mini loop band; see our Equipment page under the support menu for prices.
